About the Owner

Owner and Pastry Chef Mona Flood started working towards her career as a Pastry Chef in 2007. She went on to graduate culinary school in 2009 and then in 2014 she graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Management. After working in the industry for 8 years, she decided to combine her love of hospitality and her culinary experience into founding Merci Bakery in 2015.
